Koral concentrates her legal practice in helping businesses, growers, and food manufacturers navigate the myriad of issues surrounding environmental and food law. As such, she helps clients comply with the necessary real estate laws, environmental disclosures, food labeling requirements, manufacturing and distribution laws.
During law school, Koral interned with the Center for Science in the Public Interest and Food & Water Watch in Washington, D.C. where she gained experience with food regulations. She is able to provide guidance on various FDA and USDA laws as well as local regulations.
Out of the office, she enjoys practicing yoga, frequenting the Farmer’s Market, and spending time outside with friends. She also volunteers with Urban Roots and teaches 4H classes in Kent County.
